| Deposits- require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of Two Hundred Dollars at the time you select your puppy. If you will be picking up your puppy or having your puppy shipped the balance has to be paid in full on or before the puppy turns six weeks old. |
| * Puppies are chosen in the order we receive the deposits. * Deposits to reserve a puppy are 200. and that is taken off the puppy price * We will need your name, phone # , address , and email address. * We accept Money Orders, Cash, Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard thru paypal. * If you will be mailing your payment, it is best to use Priority Mail to ensure that your payment gets to us within 5 days. * If we do not receive your deposit within 5 days, we cannot hold the puppy of your choice and it will be re-listed for sale. * Should you decide not to purchase the puppy you have picked out after we have received your deposit, you will lose the deposit. * All payments are non-refundable once they have been received by us. * Payment of puppy price and shipping price is due in full by 6 weeks of age. * If paying by paypal, please add 3% of your payment to the total tocover the paypal fees. However, if it will be necessary that your puppy be shipped, the balance must be paid in full PLUS the shipping costs must be paid two (2) weeks prior to shipment. * We do not guarantee the color, height, or weight of any of our puppies/dogs. * Our puppies are sold with a spay/neuter clause in our puppy contract unless otherwise discussed with us. Spay/neutering prevents many health risks for your dog later on. * Your Alaskan Malamute puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive your pup. |

| SHIPPING- Shipping costs are APPROXIMATELY THREE Hundred Dollars (includes airfare UP TO 50 lbs, including kennel (w/major airline within the continental United States) a kennel and veterinarian's health certificate). If necessary, we will ship our puppies, however, ONLY on a "Priority" basis - at the expense of the purchaser and in compliance with all restrictions and/or guidelines established by the commercial carrier for the shipment of live animals. QuikPak (Continental Airlines) or Priority Parcel (American Airlines) provide for the comfort and safety of the puppy minimizing the flight time, as well as the time between flights and, thus, the time spent in the kennel. Shipping within the continental United States includes airfare, a kennel and a health certificate. WE WILL NOT SHIP "FREIGHT" or "CARGO". Puppies are shipped the weekend immediately FOLLOWING the date the puppies reach 8 weeks of age |

We can fill in the top portion in for you. *You will not receive your puppy until you have signed our puppy contract and we have received it through the mail. you will also be giving a copy of this contract. *If for any reason we do not have a signed contract from you , your signature(s) will be assumed. |
| PAYMENT- Payment may be made by money order,or for your convenience, we accept payments via pay pal. If using PayPal please add 3% (PayPal Receiving Funds Fee) and send payment to this email: dcurry2000@msn.com * We do not take any personal checks for any reason. * We must receive your deposit within 5 days after you pick out your puppy. If we do not receive your deposit in this time frame we will not be able to hold the puppy of your choice. * If you are mailing your deposit, it is best to use priority mail to ensure that we receive it within the 5 days. * Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks of age. If you are picking up your puppy, you must do so by the time he or she is 9 weeks old. If you do not pick up your puppy by the time he or she is 9 weeks old, there will be a fee of $5.00 per day added to your puppy price until your puppy is picked up by you. This covers our cost of care, such as vaccinations, de-wormings, food, etc... * Due to Texas State Law, if you pick your puppy up in the state of Texas, we must charge sales tax of 8.25%. That will be added to the price of your puppy. ALL MONEY ORDERS and payments must be made out payable to Dawn Thorn. If they are not the will be returned to you. |
